I just think your trying to spend all this time going around a cam swap. When all roads lead back to you doing a cam swap. If you didn't removed the heads. It really wouldn't be that bad to do a cam swap on these newer engines. For the numbers your going to shoot for. I would think you'll be back right back to doing a cam swap.
It is more. I was just thinking since I won't do the labor myself and the issues associated with lt4 hp pumps interfering with Whipple manifolds. I really would love to do a cam but since I'll have to pay labor that's why I was just thinking do a 6.2 instead if I do that. If I was as gifted as you and had the time I would absolutely do it though. Decisions decisions...may have to do a cam after all. Just weighing my options so I'm open to discussion for sure. Thanks!

Let me know what you think of Pmoore1423 fuel set up. I really haven't watched video's of his new fuel system. But his other video's where very informative.

And gifted not even close. Without this forum and mainly the guys on this forum I wouldn't have been able to do my cam swap.

And if your not doing heads it really wouldn't be that involved. You could do it in a weekend. Pulling the fuel rails was the hardest thing I came across. Those basters where stuck in there.

looks like Pmoore was just upgrading low side pump to new LT4 hpfp
i think what z06ted is talking about places another set of injectors into the whipple base manifold, he would still need larger in tank pump to feed both systems. pros and cons i guess...with everything on the whipple swapping it over to a new engine is just as simple - if you ever wanted to sell the complete set up i dont think youd lose to much money on it either since the fuel upgrade is necessary for anything larger than stock pulley.

as far as pushing the L83/stock cam would just look around and see what everyone else is getting to with them regardless of type of boost. if you size secondary fuel system to flow enough e85, throw in an ice box, should be pretty safe. and find a tuner who will play with the VVT settings

Jonblarc I'll try to check out the vids after work thanks! randeez the fueling system has low side for all 16 injectors along with everything needed so no need to even upgrade factory hs fueling. Just have the manifold fitted for the new inj., plug and play and setup their software to operate it. Another way to high hp capability.
