I run 15-16 psi on my DD keeping an eye on IAT (70 degrees on 90 degree day freeway). I run 4 degrees of timing at 16 psi otherwise it knocks on 93 octane any higher timing. Meth comes in at 10 psi maxes at 15.

Thats really low timing for 15psi on 93 and meth. Is the knock audible? I hope not, but just a question.

Not audible at all. I initially stared at 12* and it would retard 8-10 degrees due to knock. Sitting at 4* gives me no knock on the lap top. I would like to run more timing but on the street but that’s what I seem to run safe with. Knock sensors are tuned for less sensitivity as well.

take a look at my build threads. I have been down your road. You'll see a common issue is the 4L60e. I'm gonna say unless yours is built by RPM or Performabuilt, that's the weakest link and should be addressed asap.

i guess i want it faster lol because for a 1/4mile I don’t have the proper tires to run at the moment I’m on nitto 420s
