Default cutting out in boost

iv been chasing my tail on this one. cant for the life of me figure out whats going on.

its a 08 5.3 with headers 222/222 cam and d1sc procharger with 3.55 pulley, has bosch 650cc injectors and walbro 450 every time I get up to around 9 psi the truck starts cutting out and the wide band goes crazy when it starts cutting out but from what I can tell in the log its pretty close before it stats its shenanigans.
I was thing maybe the gas was running to the back of the tank where the pump couldn't pick it up so I filled it up and same story, tried a power brake, no luck.

I think I'm running ngk br8 plugs, cant really recall. one thing I didn't do is gap them, just remembered I didn't do that. could I be blowing the spark out at 9 lbs?

here is a tune and log

What are the plugs gapped at? Those are pretty cold plugs for 9psi, have you pulled them to see how they are burning? I am on my phone so can't see the logs.

I know you said you didn't gap them so I would check a couple and see.

The ultimate goal is 17 lbs. I just can't get past ~4500 rpm to get there.

Sounds like ignition issue for sure without seeing the logs. Check for burned wires and cracked plugs? I would start with the gap around 0.028" and tighten from there as needed.

I concur with this. I would gap them there also.

I don't think br8 plugs have the proper resistors

Try 7s at 0.025

What was the gap? TR6's aren't as sensitive on gap as 7's and 8's. 6's in the .032 range should work fine. I still suggest reading the plugs to see if the heat range is correct.

The plugs looked almost new really, had a slight (very slight) Brown tint to them. They were nearly .040
