Default Custom cam specs for my D1SC

I think I am going with a custom comp cam with the D1SC.
Since I want to use the XER lobes I have to start at 220 on intake.
My thoughts are 220/228@.050 on a 116LSA with+4. Per my spreadsheet this leaves me about 41* overlap at .006".
My cam in my profile yields about 47* overlap. My goal is to get an idle easier to tune with and still have a strong all around cam for a daily driver with a 3000 stall.

This option or the vinci truckercam. I think the XER lobes would give better vacuum at idle.

Any thoughts?

What's the LSA on your current cam? Unless it's way narrow, I can't believe the cam you're considering would be hugely different from what you have now.

My current cam is on a 112LSA +4.

I am also looking at a 214/224 on a 116. But with an XFI lobe (214@.050) on the intake which will yield .600" lift and similar duration at .200" to the 222@.050 XE lobe.

So, 214/224 @.050 .600/.581" lift on a 116+2... I think this may get me where I want to be.
