I will be finishing the install on my radix tomorrow and I have a couple of questions.
1. There are two barbs on the drivers side, on the back of the blower. One had a hose going to the fuel manifold on '03s. What does it do on the '05s. The other barb I think I read somewhere that it is for a boost guage. Does it matter which barb you use for the boost guage?
2. There is a threaded hole on the driver side of the fuel rail. I think I read somewhere on here that it is fuel a fuel pressure guage. Is this correct?
3. What kind of fuel pressure should I be seeing.
4. Is there anything in particular I should watch out for when I start it tomorrow?

1. Use either of them for the boost gauge. Plug the other one up.
2. Is there a plug in that threaded hole or is it wide open? That is the spot I have my fuel pressure gauge hooked up. You will need to plug it up if you don't use a gauge.
3. You should see roughly 58-60ish at idle and that may drop down a little at WOT. Depending on the fuel pump upgrade, you may see a little higher value at idle and it may not fall off at WOT.
4. Check for fuel leaks at every point you messed with the fuel system. After that, listen for a high idle or an idle that fluctuates up and down. That my be a symptom of a vacuum leak.

No problem. How is the install going? I think you'll be pretty happy with how your VHO responds to the radix. I love my AWD setup, but at times I wish I could feel the 2wd sensation.
Good luck on the remainder of the install and enjoy the new power.
