in my particular build my hoses are custom along with rad but, instead of using stock hoses youll need to swap the routing around some to ditch the stock setup

 

Yea George, I figured putting a hose cap adapter on the top radiator hose and running the nipple to a small overflow would be the lightest and most simple method. I got an aveo tank but the hoses are different sizes and I think it will look hacked that way.

 

And has GM level sender so no codes.

 

I did a ford escape coolant tank, came out pretty decent

 

What tank is that? I like that it looks factory.
