Converter lock up

I've heard very good things about Yank in the past 5-6 years as opposed to before. I would buy from them for sure. My only experience with PI is when I bought the 10.5 and didn't like it cause it was too tight for my tastes they let me send it back and traded for the 9.5 triple at no charge. I thought that was excellent customer service. Never had a problem with it either.

I dont believe in locking the converter for our vehicles...too much weight and too much torque with boost, you are just asking to break an input shaft....with that said, if you really insist get a triple disc and a billet input shaft at minimum. If the converter does its job well, you shouldnt need to lock it at WOT.

I'm not gonna lock up, and I'm going to go with a triple disc for sure.
Thanks for the input everyone.

I ordered the Yank PT3200 and went with Billet Single Disk, reason being I wanted to keep the stock (LS) style flexplate so I needed a 4L80E "LS Style" converter and with Yank its only available in the single disk, the Multi Disk is stock 4L80E style and requires the 4L80E Flexplate which I didn't want to bother with.
