Update: I ended up going with the 799's, lightly ported them, opened up the chamber to match the 4 inch bore, unshrouding the valves.
It runs well, but I am NOT impressed with it. Having problems with the new torque converter from a well known company. Hoping that's why its a giant turd. My 5.3 with the T12 cam and edge 9.5 inch converter would rock this new engines world.

I did go with meth injection, as soon as I went to 12 psi I couldnt run more than 10 degrees of timing. So its at 15 psi, 16 degrees of timing currently.

12psi and 9 anything compression should have taken more then 12deg no problem on 93, something else is up.
