complicated question
hi there I have a 2002 GMC Sonoma RWD with a 4.3l engine and i'd like to try and turbo or supercharge it as cheaply as possible so i'm thinking about hitting up a wrecker and seeing what I can find as far as a turbo or supercharger and I was wondering what other vehicles besides the chevy s-10 may have this engine in it

Because roadkill dude, lol.
S10's, sonoma's, blazers, astro vans, safari vans all had that 4.3 engine.
Any supercharger would require some sort of adapter plate to get it to work, a new belt system too. The spider injection system would be something I know nothing about for getting more fuel flow.

Just thinking about the spider assembly makes me sick.
If I remember correctly when I had my 99 5.7 Vortec, the thing to do was remove the ridiculous vortec intake manifold and drop a marine intake manifold on top. That's if you could even find one, haha.
It would be easier to do an LS swap.

Every imaginable power adder for a six cylinder would be CHEAPER, stronger and faster if done to a 5.3 LS.
The 4.3 is obsolete.
I could repeat that, or you could just RE- READ it a few times.
