I got a 383 stroker in my truck and putting on a Whipple Side Mount SC.

I have read that the IAT spikes at WOT, some guys have threw Meth at it to control it and cool it down but could I spray it with NOS instead and bring the IAT down?

I have an Edelbrock Vic Jr with an Edelbrock Elbow. Thought about spraying it at the 4150 Flange with a 125 shot. Would that control the high IAT?
