if allen did the tuning for the kit, give him a call and tell him you want the rear o2 sensors deleted, then youll be able to run it fine with out any problems

It will get louder... You may want a muffler and a cutout (I did on the 6.0L and I think F8L did on his 5.3 as well)

You can run without cats as long as the tune is set up for it.

I have your set-up with no cats.
It is loud as hell when you leave from a stop or first get into the throttle heavy. As soon as the turbo spools up creating boost it gets considerably quieter. Not really quiet though. You get allot of people trying to get away from driving next to you on the freeway. My wife this morning just so happened to be driving next to me on the way to work and as I came up next to her she said "I knew it was you because it sounded like a rocket ship comming up next to me"
It made me feel all happy inside hearing that.

Allen Nelson tuned my truck for the lack of cats and shut off my rear O2s, it runs very good with it done but I am still going to add a resonator as soon as I get a welder.
I'll try and get a short video with my current set up so you can hear for your self what it sounds like.

Ya it is very loud, the link "Burn out vid" in my sig has my truck with no cats. I have another vid of that burnout that shows the guy in the blue shirt walking away from my truck with his ears pluged. lol
I think my is the loudest with a light load and no boost like TG02Z71 said.
