I run an Accurate Machine works can on my 05. No check valve as they started using a fixed oriface in 03 or 04. I get a 1/4 cup every month or so.

If your going to run a MAF, then don't vent the catch can or valve covers to atmoshpere (breathers), the system has to be sealed, but if your are not going to run a maf the breathers are OK... If you allready knew that then sorry for wasting space in your thread. I run a CCA catch can, but i am NA.

Because you letting in "Un-metered" air into the intake post MAF.. So your Maf is measuring a certain amount of air to use for the Fuel equation, but your allowing more air to come into the intake via the breathers that the maf is not seeing so your airflow calculations will be off...

basically you just made a vacuum leak.

What is the point of a Catch Can? Any pictures or descriptions of where it goes?
