My personal opinion, your going backwards by changing to a tighter converter. If you've been running that cam/converter and are used to it, don't go backwards by making the converter tighter. Prochargers like rpm unlike the magnacharger guys who make full boost off the hit. If I had a street truck it would have a cam similar to yours and at least a 3000 verter. That bitch locks up on the highway so whats the problem? I say your good to go, forget the tb, bolt on the blower and have fun.

My question

will these two work with the procharger. the high lift on the intake side concerns me on the cam, and im not to sure about the stall should i go with something smaller?

im also plannning on buying the DOD delete kit and a P&P shaner TB

Truck is a CCSB details in the sig.
Sounds like a Comp Cams XFI lobe on the intake. Are you sure that lift is correct on the exhaust side of your cam? Lift seems awfully low.

I would keep the converter you have already,I had a tbtc and although I like it,I gained quite a bit going to a 3200 when I had my D1SC,but you will probably be spinning the tires a bit more!

It will the final install date closer thats for sure.

As for the cam, those are the specs that come straight from thunder racing website, i copy and pasted that onto here.

That 3200 stall will be perfect for the procharger and that cam should work well too, I would not worry bout the lift my cam is 610 lift. You will be happy with that cam and 3200 stall, and it will wake that Blower up

For the guys with the 3000+ stalls, how are they on the street in a daily driver?

Mine is a dd and I have a yank pt3200 in a 6500lb yukon denali, and I am glad I didn't go smaller. I have no problems with mine, at 45 it goes into lockup. Whether it's a 2600 or a 4500, it's not going to stall that high until you get on it.

Jg53 Talk to the ProCharger guys. I have a P1 @ 11# in my 2500HD that brick is 7100lbs. The stock stall is around 2200 on the 3/4 ton.
I went to a 3200 stall and it felt like a 200 HP gain.
