Build info appreciated

I have a 99 5.3 Silverado. I have rebuilt the engine and im about to order my turbo kit. Im looking for 500-550 whp on 93 octane and water/meth. Going to order 72lb injectors and walbro 450 pump as well as a Aeromotive FPR. My tuner will not be doing SD tuning. I found a 3 bar MAP sensor to use. What remote IAT and MAF are people running. I keep finding info for newer trucks and lots of contradictory information. Will the stock MAF be fine? Should I find a tuner that will do SD? What are the advantages/disadvantages of one over the other? This will be a daily/street truck.
build is a 5.3, ported and polished 862 heads, tsp 216/220 .600/.600 112lsa, BTR trunion upgrade, pac 1219 springs, melling oil pump,trucool 40k, 4l80e, stock converter, trutrac with 3.73 gears, e fans, APR head bolts, new cam bearings, crank bearings, connecting rod bearings, ls2 timing chain, Aeromotive Hotwire kit and 160 thermostat. Currently running stock fuel pump and Delphi 50lb injectors.
Trying to line out all the correct sensors I’m going to need for boost.

the 3bar map is fine, necessary even.
But you will outflow the gen3 MAP and the gen3 (0411) computers have a hard time reading the gen4+ card style MAFs at idle and will often throw a low MAF code
SD, esp since you need the MAP anyway

so if I get a SD tune I just need the 3bar MAP and remote IAT? They will disable the MAF reading correct?

You also need a 3bar SD OS from HPT or EFILive
The MAF will need to be disabled, and if you have emissions testing you will fail because while the MIL will be off, the computer will still show a MAF code when it is scanned
