Magnacharger has GREAT customer service... Nothing to worry about, it'll be taken care of quickly.

it does not look like the shaft broke, just seperated from the metal used on the ends. I imagine its a hard connection to make last...so if one ate it oh well, Maggie is getting him a new one to try and brake again

I agree with Brian. The part material is what it needs to be for the reason of the rpm it spins and is more than strong enough. Part failures happen for no real good reason some times. I doubt he'll break another.

I just broke my jackshaft too. Exact same place. Right where the metal connects to the carbon fiber!
