I checked your truck page to see if I could offer any advise as to why your IC setup is not working very well, but I can't find any mention or pictures of it.

I have the stock Magnacharger IC mounted in front of the radiator. Open billet grill shouldn't be restricting air at all.

At 6 psi fromt he 1.6L Whipple on the 383 I have logged:
- a maximum of 208 degrees WOT, outside temp was 95.
- cruising is from 30-40 degrees higher than ambient.

I will have some new numbers in a few weeks with the 2.3L Whipple and A2W intercooler.

i believe thats actually the heat exchanger and the intercooler is a bar and plate design in the lower intake manifold

If you could measure the in and out temperatures of the water going through the heat exchanger, then I'm sure that Magnacharger would be able to tell you if you would benefit from a larger one.

I would add a second heat exchanger in series to the first one. In the first, out into the second, then back to the heat source.

Whooaaa 208! Try not to melt a piston. You need an intercooler.
