Isn't that order backwards?
went from a sts to a radix to a front mount...all completely diffrent animals.
Only downside I see is mileage. See my above comment. I need more evidence. A friend said his 6L swilled gas too.

i had the front mount put on the 4.8 along with a new flt5 and yank2600 and was getting 20 mpg on the hiway and then swapped the 4.8 for a 6.0 and still got 19.5 mpg hiway. swapped out the 60e for the 80e and now get 14-16 on the hiway

I know my buddy, sharpshooter, used to run a consistent 14.1 in the quarter on his old setup: 5.3 with procharger. When the 5.3 blew we replaced it with an LQ4 and cam, the only thing we did was put the cam in, and he recently ran a 12.8 and consistently runs high 12's-low 13's now. Keep in mind this is on an ecsb with a 6" lift and 33" tires!

I opted to go with the 5.7L in the crew cab . It added the same SOTP gains as the 6.0 did in my last RCSB. The other added feature of the 5.7L is better fuel mileage, I was still able to get 17-18 MPG hwy/street.
Just my .02

Ya, but you went from largest cubes 1st to smallest, in that order, correct? You've got to experience something most can't. 3 different power adders.
Most might not ever get to try 1. Gives u a perspective most wouldn't have.
That sounds like a 80e kills mileage.
How can that be? A 60e has a 3.06 1st whereas a 80e has a 2.48. Did u change to a wild convertor when u put in 80e?
