Yeah its gonna be a beast! I'm gonna drive it for a few months then headers pulley and tune for a while longer then probably cam re-pulley re-tune. I love this truck! You gotta take yours to the track and see what she does with your setup!

She's a street queen not a track king.

Been reading through the instructions...120 separate steps to install this thing. Instructions seem good though and every single item other than coolant and tools is included. They recommend getting all the updates flashed at the dealership before starting installation. That is going to be done Tuesday so I guess I'll just start with the heat exchanger, reservoir, pump and wiring for this weekend and do the charger next weekend probably. The dealership said it will void my warranty for engine, transmission and rear end but everything else will still be under warranty. I guess that's fair.

Been sick for a week so just started. Figured I would do the hard part first. Getting the grill off took an act of God. Problem is there is no room for the tranny cooler behind the heat exchanger. My choices are behind the radiator inside the shroud in front of the fans or I'll have to cut the bracing behind the grill in order to move the HE out further in front. I figure I'll really need this tranny cooler with the charger. Ideas?

Well after sleeping on it I think I'll do it remote mount later. I just really hate to cut up the new truck. Installing the 160 stat that came with the blower anyway so I think that will help a bit for now.

Got reservoir and the heat exchanger in and half the hoses. Pics after I'm done. Starting on the intake today while we have 70 degrees forecasted thru Monday...then 46 Tuesday. Sure would like to wrap it up by tomorrow! I know one thing...I sure am glad I'm an AC & Heating contractor instead of a mechanic.

Sorry I've tried a couple times. Photo bucket says its down for maintenance and my one drive is full. Got the canned tune uploaded, manifold off and changed and charger is sitting on the engine but isn't completed torqued down. May finish it by tomorrow evening if I'm lucky. Need a 5mm allen 1/4" drive to finish torqueing it. Then hoses, belt and related accessories, relay and harnesses. Damn I miss the older model stuff. There is ABSOLUTELY NO room under the hood that fits my hands so this is hard work for an old guy lol. I think a turbo would've been much simpler. Think Ill be happy driving it tho.
