What part of Alaska are you in? I was up there a couple months ago doing a group tuning session and have done a ton of email tunes for guys up there if you might be interested

I live on the Kenai peninsula, in Soldotna. about 2 hours out of anchorage, my truck is AWD so I don't have an option to put it on a dyno in Alaska. My only real options are getting someone that is a competent tuner to email me tunes for my Whipple install, or have someone up here in Alaska do street tunes for me. My only obstacles are that my truck already has the Texas Speed VVT-1 camshaft package, its has 1 7/8" long tubes, LS3 Ported heads and I am doing a down pulley right off the bat on the Whipple, going from the standard 3.625 to a 3". So in my opinion the hardest thing about my whole Denali Whipple build is finding an awesome tuner/tune up here.

I have been recommended to jannetty racing for a possible tune, also I ordered the whipple full kit with their handheld tuner. Texas Speed said its a good option to have so you can use the MAP/MAF tables whipple puts in their tuning

Any decent tuner will modify those tables (They should anyway) so having the whipple ones isn't strictly essential, it just may speed up the tuning process by 20 minutes or so. I have done tuning for Fairbanks and Anchorage guys and would be happy to help with yours!

Today's results. Sorry for the first pic. Took it off the dyno screen. Sam at AMP said the 1st pull with the Whipple tune would've resulted in ~ 400 whp had the speed limiter let it wind out. Second pull was 442 hp & 471 tq with it cooling off for 15-20 min. like I would do at the track. Torque under the curve was a full 60 lbs more at the widest point after tuning. Boost was 10.37 lbs. Third pull was only 434 & 461 a few min later like it would be driven daily and boost was 9.68. 4th pull was even less so he changed timing back to before last pull. Don't guess Ill be changing pulleys after all. Exhaust must be very restrictive. Truck is extremely responsive (as if it wasn't before). Still evaluating part throttle and getting used to it. Feels a lot stronger and I'm very pleased with what Sam did. Great guys, Sam and Bryan.
