Front end straps, and maybe tie rod sleeves (esp if lifted or cranked t-bars) would be adviseable. Otherwise, let it eat!
G80 is probably fine. Launching in a straight line isn't too hard on them. It's smoking the tires around corners(drift much?) that kills em quick.

Here's my 4x4 cutting a 1.58 or 1.59(can't remember) 60 ft. Both vids are the same run, but the strapped down front end made a HUGE difference for me. Only reduced my 60 ft a few hundreths, but WAYYYY less scary, and no front end wheel-spin and jerking to the left. Boost level was 12 or 13 psi.
