blower and pcm install questions
#1
When my Nelson tuned 02 pcm arrives next week, the weekend that I want to install the blower and pcm, do I need to install the pcm first and make sure it runs(will it run with the blower tune just idleing, just to make sure the tune doesn't have any problems). Then once the tune is made sure its ok, then install the blower?? Or should I install the blower, then install the pcm, then start the truck up? What order should I do it? After everything checks out, its off to the dealership for a crank-relearn. Then it will be time for

the tuner that came with my kit was used, and was vin specific so its no good. that is why I got the Nelson tuned 02 pcm. So, install the blower first, then the nelson tune, then start the truck up?

I installed my Nelson tuned PCM after I did the turbo on my truck.
And the crank re-learn thing is not really nessary so don't rush out and have it done at the dealer if they are charging you.
I have been driving around on a SES crank re-learn for the last four PCM tunes. The light bugs you but you get over it soon.
The reason I say this is because most likely you will be getting another tune in the very near future and all the crank re-learn money could be better spent on other upgrades.
Allen's tunes are very good, but as you add or change other things sometimes a new tune is nesasary.
