I had a belt with me but it was too dark to get it done and I was 1/2 on and 1/2 off a 2 lane highway. No shoulder. I was scared! I've carried a spare belt for years. Had one come off back in the 80's when it was several degrees below zero and I had little kids in the car. No celll phones. Got my attention!!!
