This weekend the Be-Cool radiator replaced the stock radiator. The Flex-a-Lite 250 fans and first-generation Flex-a-Lite Varible Speed Controller came out and FAL 294 fans and the new VSC. The new VSC has the main power leads soldered into the VSC. It has improved soft-startup over the first-gen VSC. Feature-wise it's identical to the original VSC. The new fans move 6000CFM versus 5200 for the old ones and the have curved blades for lower noise. The additional airflow and core coverage combined with the radiator core twice as thick as stock should have almost doubled my cooling capacity. No more heating up on 100+ days.
The new fans move a SERIOUS volume of air, I couldn't believe the difference at first since they're so close in specification. This radiator took an additional 3/4 gallon of coolant over the stock one.

My power steering cooler had to be move to the back side of the A/C condensor. The driver-side diagonal brace was removed to make room.

I reversed all the rubber pads for the A/C condensor to set it back an additional half inch. The stock transmission cooler got shafted to the passenenger side a good ways.
Here I am test-fitting the intercooler radiator into position:

Here's how it all fits:

The grille is still off, I just ran out of time. I will install enough of the 3/4" intercooler hose to get the grille back on Monday evening after work. I should have the intercooler up and running during the week.

I've got two videos.
This one was at work from a 10mph roll, fighting for traction and jumping all over the place.

This was this afternoon, dash shots and audio from inside.
