I can get the pt7675 now and run it with my current hot pipes and make tons more power and sell it when I build a motor then go with a good BW or maybe 2. Im sure that pt7675 will hold its value pretty good
That is good pricing for those units indeed. Rick is a great guy.

t4 BW base turbo 950 - Purdy it up and add billet toys and covers $1780

Total cost for my swap $2610, ow and I'll need to have exhaust welded in.

Lesson here? Know what you want from the start and buy/build once, but as we all know thats almost never happens.

Good thing for me is my power adder is good to go for the next engine setup. I write this back out on the road working. Damn go fast hobby isn't no joke, got to work to play, pay to play, repeat. American way I guess
A borg with billet wheel and cover is no where near that price unless someone is marking them up....way up.

How would a S475 T4 83mm turbine work with a T56 6-speed 5.3L truck? I'm worried about slow spool since I don't have the luxury of a converter. This is a 100% street truck, aiming for ~600rwhp and great street manners for fun just rolling around town and heading to work.

That T4 based unit with the 83mm turbine wheel will be full song by around 3500rpms. Its only a 5.3, but its over 4000lbs.....which means quite a bit of load.
