Ready to buy long tube headers and redo rest of the exhaust if that is necessary.

I don't care either way, would go turbo or supercharger. Just looking for a complete kit. Complete kit meaning fuel management system, intercooler, and ect.. Would also like to tune it myself. I have no knowledge on tuning. I have only assisted on installing one super charger and, it was very basic.
I personally would get a prefessional tune after the install no matter which route you go. Practicing your first tune would be much safer if it was n/a but going boosted def ups the ante for needing a good well written tune.

As far as f/i setups, are you looking for something brand new? 4-5000 is a good chunk but you could save some money going with someone complete low mile kit that upgraded or went another route.

Actually, a comment like that is useless...

Although not ideal, your shorties and 2.5" exhaust could support 400+ RWHP with F/I.

Regarding the Hypertech, sell it and get some of your money back.

Your 4.56's are an overkill but a used Procharger kit, a professional tune and a pump/injectors could get you into F/I for under $3k and would handle a 5.3 or 6.0 swap + cam + long tubes down the road.

Procharger gets my vote...
they love gears, a D-1 will support a 6.0 just fine...
you exhaust will do just fine since they are dual 2.5" for now..

I love my 380 HP 4.8 with my Magna Charger TVS1900 kit Showroom stock engine, all the way back to the stock muffler.

I was thinking turbo, but after the last few replies I think that I am leaning towards TVS or ATI. This is what I think I have the options narrowed down to.

Ya, I would get it tuned professionally but, it is just finding someone in the midwest to do it. And I am thinking about going with something used, but I just don't want something worn out.
