So I've been looking at the different aeromotive pumps and it looks like the 11140 is the one everyone runs but I'm curious on a couple things.

Since my truck is a 4.8 its a Flex-Fuel w/ electronic fuel pump flow control module. I assume this makes a big difference? Would my factory FF pump support 500whp? What are my options now?

Anyone have any tips on what to do about the fuel pump?

Now I've been doing some research and it looks like if I'm just going to run straight pump gas(ie no e85 or meth), I should be able to keep my MAF setup instead of going to a SD setup if I don't go over 15psi?

I think I'm going to go with the Stage 4 kit to get the ball bearing turbo to help with spool.

One last question. Does anyone have any idea on a converter? 2011 CCSB 4.8 that will get a 6L90E behind it. 10 bolt has 3.73 gears and a 32" tire

The stage 4 will spool quicker then a stage 3.

Please give me a shout when your ready.
I like to go over builds with customers when possible.
To make sure they get the best kit for their application.

Not a problem Rick. I definitely will do so. I want to be able to squeeze as much as I can without going too crazy. My wife still wants to be able to drive this truck from time to time.

post pics under the hood with the truck layed out. we could give you a pretty good answer if there will be clearance issues between the tire and downpipe
