Atomic & Fast + SC?
#1
So from what I've been reading, Atomic EFI and FAST EFI don't support superchargers. I called and talked with a tech from MSD, who said that the R&D had been put on hold for it.
I'm just curious what specifically causes it to not work with a SC. He mentioned a different sensor not having support, but it seems like if you can carb a SC, you should be able to support it with an EFI system that is better than a carb.
Any better explanation?

I glanced at their site.... it basically is a lot of reading and the purchase options from a couple of the vendors make no sense. I'm going to have to read more on it in a bit.
What kind of economy are you able to get out of switching to the EFI system?

I'm not sure what your vehicle is, but the stock computer will handle about anything you can do to your vehicle. I actually bought a megasquirt because I heard so much good stuff about them. I have since bought EFILive. I will be switching my Chevelle over to a stock GM computer this year. If you still want to go with an aftermarket computer, I have a brand new Megasquirt that I will be selling. It is a very simple effective system.
