Has anyone heard saw of experienced one of these. I have a few doubts. Looks cheap for the money and non intercooled? A cheap buy or run from one of these???

 

Never heard of them, nice clear hardware store hose for the coolant line on the silverado kit. (Joking) I would avoid that...

 

I was wondering what that was haha.

 

Just go with a trusted kit, you will be glad you did.

 

While I also feel you may be best served by going with a system that has plenty of backing with tons of R&D behind it, I will say that CHP did just do a write up on an install with a Torqstorm unit on a blow-thru 385ci SBC with Brodix IK 200 heads that generated 637hp / 628ft-lb’s on 9.8lbs, which isn’t too shabby for an old school blow-thru application, but that still doesn’t say anything for its reliability down the road. It may be just fine, but until it has some time under its belt, who knows. I wouldn’t want to be anyone’s guinea pig.
