Default Anyone have a spreadsheet/ price list of cost of turbo build ?

Hey guys, in the quest to build a turbo silverado, Ive got a few trucks lined up that I'm going to go look at to buy as a start for the project. It's probably going to be a 99/00 and either RC or Ec.

I come from a family of engineers and we like to plan out everything down to the T and was wondering if you guys might have a spreadsheet or itemized price list of the costs of turboing a truck, at a beginner / street able level
. From buying an extra spare block, having it hot tanked and checked over, cost of cam, if you used stock manfolds or aftermarket manifolds, injectors, ECU setups , if you reuse any of the spare parts from the motors, etc etc as I would like to make sure I can get the project done before my wallet is empty , or at least get to a stage that I can be at and still drive the truck and be able to make more money since my business is ebay based.

Thanks again

What's your budget?

There isn't a list that shows everything. Everyone's list is different and complete to one doesn't even touch the other persons list.

Default spread sheet turbo

First dont take this wrong. just about every set up .up here looks different. so i know everybody cost can vary depending on your resources.unless you know a lot about turbo"s .i suggest calling trick turbo's (rick) .like i did 3825$ get injectors, fuel pump and tune. i know people who have started kits before me and are still working on them .i am driving mine.the worst words in a turbo build are ALL YOU NEED IS TO DO THIS.

Initial investment including truck which I estimate at 2500-3000 , is $5k cash , and then I have $4k in physical silver I can cash in at the moment but if I wait 6-12 months I might be able to have it crawl up to a value of $6k or more with a target goal of $8k total value within 1-2 years

Here is mine, I stopped adding things towards the end because I was tired of updating. This doesn't include my 80e swap, I have yet to do rear end upgrades, and I'm sure my 10 bolt will explode sometime in the future. I have it in Excel, but I'm ignorant how to export the data to look correctly, but you get the idea.

Component Cost
Master Power T70 Turbo $525.00
Hot and Cold Side Pipe, Couplers, Clamps, Intercooler, JGS Wastegate, RPS Blow Off Valve, 60" Oil Feed Line, 48" Oil Drain Line $2,500.00
Autometer Wideband $268.99
Autometer Boost/Vacuum $80.39
Autometer Fuel Pressure $173.64
Fuel Injectors $450.00
Fuel Pump $115
Gauge Mounts $80.42
Boost Controller $39.76
Spark Plug Wire Boots $38.79
Spark Plugs $17.15
Exhaust Wrap $79.23
Oil Supply Adapter $19.99
Turbo Blanket $59.99
Shipping $100.00
Fuel Rail Adaper Fitting $24.83
Vacuum Distibution Block $30.00
Mike Norris Catch Can $99.74

Total $4,702.92
