Default Anybody happy???

With their out-of-the-box Whipple config.? Seriously.
I have them in 2 Tahoes and overall I like driving around with it but, like many people, I want more power now. And it's always "Radix this" and "Radix that" 'cuz of their injector system and intercooler, which is cool, I get it.
So it hit me today; is anyone really happy with their Whipple-charger, program, injectors and airbox as delivered?

I'll take all these views, with no replies, as a big "No".

At first the whipple is awesome, but once you realize the hot air it produces, it is not so appealing. In this Florida heat, I am switching to a setup with an intercooler.

Thought about it, but at the time it involved intake swap, rerouting the belt, custom fabbed pipes, not to mention the fact that you would also want to swap injectors and retune. Instead, I am going TURBO

some dude, Metalman or something, is supposedly working on an intercooler setup for our trucks that won't require an intake swap. we'll see. anyway, it's gonna be quite a bit of money, almost as much as i paid for my used whipple. almost makes me wanna sell it and buy a turbo, almost. Oh and to answer the original question, NO. I hate mine. Nothing but problems.

Out of the box it sucks. Once you drop their electronics, get rid of the 2 extra injectors and upgrade the stock ones then it is a decent kit. With an intercooler I believe it could be the best or at least close to the best out there. Whipple just doesnt give a crap about the GM crowd. Look at all the stuff they have for Ford. They even have an intercooled kit for the new F-150's that looks alot like a Radix, but they keep telling us an intercooler isnt needed and wont gain anything. I think someone is in thier back pocket.

Hence the reason why I have never really considered the Whipple. It is a jerry rigged system that needs some help. By the time you have fixed it, you have spent the money for a Radix. The Radix takes the leg work out for you.
