Any on3 turbo reviews yet?

Ive used On3's kit and it did bolt on and go... we bolted it on in 2 days and tuned it for 91 octane the next night until 2am then got up the next morning and drove it cross country for 37.5 hrs strait only stopping for gas. this was on a 1999 Z71 5.3 4x4. we did the normal stuff to support the boost as in 80# injectors, 400lph fuel pump, 3 bar map, triple 12 cam, pac springs and a 4l80e swap. we got 14mpg going 85-95mph and it would go into boost at 85+ if i was passing someone and needed the extra go for it to pass.
we used the spring that came with the kit and it made 8# and would creep to 10#.
Adam & Chad both said to contact them if we needed anything - but we never did. I now own another kit from them that i will be using as i sold the truck already and plan on getting another.

I like the scsb 4x4s w/ stepside (still looking for one)and i got the same base kit it would be hard to beat for the $ and i think for a base kit it offers a lot and was complete and easy to install- the exhaust ran all the way to the rear axle, all we did was get a 3.5" cat and a 90* bend to exit right before the passengers rear tire and it sounded great.

Well my On3 kit is done and tuned, drove it yesterday and today I put roughly 200 miles on the kit. I'm running on stock transmission so I've been running it between 5-7psi whenever I'm on it. I did have it tuned to run 12psi, it definitely moves out in a hurry but the trans isn't too kind at that boost level. It will shift but just slips a bit. I'm not to worried about that as I will have to replace it sooner than later.
As far as those purchasing the kit in the future, I would ask Chad to make the necessary changes that some of us had to deal with. Most importantly the downpipe, the cut I made and the clamp I was sent worked; however, on the way home last night from the tuner the two came apart. It honestly sounded better to me but I ended putting it back on and spot welded it in place for now. The wastegate is not fun to put on but at least there is a flex pipe to work with, I replaced my V-Bands that came with it. I could do it again now that I've figure it out takes some working with.
As far as supporting mods here is what I did using PT.net for most of my guidance.
ARP head bolts, Felpro MLS gaskets, ARP manifold bolts, 2010 Camaro sealed catch can w/ inline checkvalve, Moroso Mustang Tank, LS6 Valve springs, AEM IAT, AEM Truboost, TTS gauge pod, Diamond Eye Duramax cat back, Trick performance oil plate, Ceramic coat/titanium wrap on manifold and DP (would skip the ceramic coat and just do wrap), 3bar map by DSX, SD tune, 6.2 flex injectors
Overall I'm pleased with it, I believe it is still too early to tell on reliability for the turbo.... I plan to drive it 80 miles a day so it won't be long to find out for sure. Most of those miles will be out of boost though.
I haven't had a chance to clean up the engine bay but these are pics from today.

Is that 450 estimate on low boost or on the 12lbs? Good to know you got it all figured it. I know it can be a pain in the *** with hiccups.

Im sure that number he said is with the 12, there's a big difference in the way it pulls. On the higher boost the tires just break loose until you let out. I'll see if I can get a gopro of it over the weekend.
