Ceramic bearing turbo with no oil supply needed? Spendy though.

Yep comp turbos.
Used them before they work well.
Goes against the budget build.

I am fixing to buy my wastegates. I want to run two ebay wastegates (in case one fails). Does anybody know which off brand ones have interchangeable springs and diaphragms with the name brand ones?

Look up Zombie on LS1tech. He had a lot of success and research into remote mount turbos.

I would personally skip the self contained turbo oil system. Too much hassle. Good scavenge reservoir, pump, and lines will be all you really need.

don't want it to fail. Don't by cheap.
The gate is the control for your kit. This part is the one thing I would never use eBay for.
If your gonna but 2 then by a good one. Just a thought.

I can buy two ebay wastegates for $50 dollars each, or one name brand for $400 dollars. Many people have used ebay wastegates with great success. A name brand wastegate can still fail as well.

The biggest "fear" of using ebay parts is their potential for failure. If I have two then that completely fixes the problem. If one fails under boost the other will take over.

On top of that, I would prefer to spend $300 dollars elsewhere.
