What's a good air filter to use on turbo 6.0. I have the on3 filter but,my tuner said to ditch it and get a better one. I need 4" opening and no longer then 5"

We run S&B filters in our kits.
If you have room consider a 90' elbow and long filter.

Rick any thoughts on a 90 out of the turbo like your kits, then another 90 to put the filter further down behind the inner fender?

Yep had a few guys do that.
You can also take your head light out and get fresh air that way.

Been working on an air just not happy with it.

I run a AEM dryflow 6" diameter by 9" long, just about the biggest one they make and seems to do the job
