Default which Aeromotive pump and which hotwire kit?

2001 silverado, looking into buying the Aeromotive 340 pump this weekend since Summit is 45 minutes away and they are only $175, but there are 3 variations available and i dont know which one is best suited for my truck... also looked on racetronix's website and wanting to buy the hotwire kit also, but there isnt one specifically for '99-'03 trucks? which one are you guys using?

I would like to know this as well. Have you tried calling summit/aeromotive? Iirc you can use factory wiring for that pump, it comes with a harness so it can run reverse polarity and a few other misc. items. I could be wrong though, I havn't dug deeper into it yet.

The center pump is what you want and I emailed Racetronix and they will get you the correct hot wire kit. I can get you the correct numbers when I get home.

11140 is the center inlet. Im running a modified fbody harness I believe on my truck. I just ordered another pump along with another racetronix harness, but got the part # off a thread here, which changes the connectors. Found the thread.

Yea the pump is 11140. You might want to check your connections on top of your fuel pump bucket. They have the flat 4 pin which has the two purple wires that are for the fuel level and the two other wires are black and red for power. Some of the connections are square and some are flat. Mine has the flat 4 from factory. I know a guy who has a 01 Silverado with the 4 pin square connection. I would check yours before you order it. The part number for the 4 pin square is FPWH-017. I would email them though and check your connection first. sales@racetronix.com
