I'm about to purchase a Silverado with a 6.0/4l80e combo and it has an on3 turbo kit on it. I've heard good things and bad things, but I was just wondering is this kit going to be okay? I was thinking about swapping out turbo, bov and wastegate. Just looking for some opinions on the On3 kit. Please let me know. Thanks.

 

I have an 04 Sierra with the on3 kit and its been fine for me so far. It's only been on and tuned for about a week but it's working and I don't really have any complaints. Biggest complaint I had was getting the intercooler piping installed. It was like a messed up game of Tetris. I ended up cutting some pieces and routing them differently and it works great. But since it's already on the truck you won't have to worry about that. Everything works fine on mine. I have heard a lot of people having issues with the waste gates but mine has been working fine no problem.
