If adjusting the tune I would only change the ETC Throttle Area Conversion/Scalar to .0158.

Idle Learn Procedure

Automatic Transmission
Perform the following procedure in order to return the learned idle to the correct position:

1] Turn OFF the ignition.
2] Restore the PCM battery feed (if disconnected).
3] Turn OFF the A/C controls.
4] Set the parking brake, and block the drive wheels.
5] Start the engine.
6] Ensure that the engine coolant temperature is more than 80°C (176°F).
7] Shift the transmission into Drive.
8] Allow the engine to idle for 5 minutes.
9] Shift the transmission into Park.
10] Allow the engine to idle for 5 minutes.
11] Turn OFF the engine for 30 seconds.

That is the right place, but that is not the right number to use for a NNBS. It is correct for my truck. I believe you that number needs to be about 4725, but Dr.X can probably tell you for sure. I don't believe changing that number is going to make much if any of a noticeable difference for you application though.

I would try the 4725 if your calibration uses area rather than a factor. This may not make much difference, but it will be more accurate. This is the number used on the LS2/LS7 cars. Odd that the 8191 number is already the same as in the calibrations for those cars.

Does the throttle blade move through its full range if you step on the pedal? Does it open 100%?
