Default 72mm Front Mount 4.8l Dyno Numbers...

Just had my truck Dynoed before I put her away for the winter and tear her back down to install Progressive Water Meth kit, Ls7 lifters and a 03 Ls6 cam. The stock lifters are worn out and do not like the added pressure from the Dual Springs....Very noisy.

Best pull on 9lbs. boost was 471rwhp Cant Remember Tq numbers but were pretty close. Injectors were maxed at this point so could not turn it up any further. Next year it will be turned up to 14lbs with 60lb. injectors and Progressive water meth kit and still have the MAF.

Setup is:
04 Silverado 6/8 drop Boss 20" wheels
145,000 mile 4.8l
4L80e swap
AEM 320lph Drop in Fuel pump
Lunati Dual Valve springs
Arp Head Bolts
Cometic Head Gaskets
Stock 6.0l cam (just a tad bigger than the 4.8l doubt it helped much if any)
52lb FIC LS3 injectors
Homemade Front mount kit
72mm on3 Turbo
Tial Blow Off
Precision Wastegate

is that on pump gas? I wouldnt think on 9lbs with those injectors and pump that 52lbs would be maxed out

Little back story on truck/build. I bought it 2 months ago from a buddy that had it shipped from California to Mn. in Jan with 139k bone stock. He dropped it 6/8, installed a Detroit TruTrac / 3.42 motive gears, Dropped in a low mile 4L80e with a Transgo Shift Kit and installed a Cadillac center console along with some other interior parts.

I then bought the truck for $4800.00 off of him which came with the on3 turbo and the rest of the stuff. I then fabbed up the hot and cold side installed all the parts and got her running.

As for the dyno numbers it was a happy dyno, I wasn't concerned with the numbers just wanted to shake it down and find the weak spots and address them this winter. It is on 93 pump gas and it deff. needs a hotwire kit to the pump.

I talked to FIC, sending the injectors back in to get them to flow 60lbs. and call them good plus install the cooling mist progressive water meth kit I bought from Andy in the classifieds.
