Default -6 fuel rail quick connect- HELP!

Hey guys, not sure if this is the appropriate section for this, but...

I am working on an 06 GMC 1500. Have installed a boost ref. regulator and am having trouble finding a female quick connect fitting to attach to the existing fuel rail with a 6 AN male on the other end. I ordered a 3/8 Q.C. from Jegs and it wont fit (too small). A 5/16 steel tube fits nice in it. I had them send another thinking it was packaged wrong. Same deal. Called them and they said that LS1 rails are metric (10mm i assume). I am quite certain I have seen some of these installed on LS engines. If possible I need it in black and am NOT a fan of compression fittings. If anyone has a good part number or source, I will send you $1,000,000,000,000. Thanks!

Thanks man! The part we are getting lists the LT engines and it says its 3/8". I am certain they are packaged wrong and are actually 5/16". Thanks for the help!

Dont order those, those are the old design. Lots of people had problems with them popping off. I'll find you the PNs for the new ones.

edit:
644120 (3/8" hard line to -6, replaces 640850)
644110 (5/16" hard line to -6, replaces 640860)

Heres a thread about them

Just installed the clip style on my 2003 6.0, the 5/16" did not hold.

This is a brand new unused fitting.

Thanks for the new part no.s I'm sending the clip style back, and getting the threaded style.

You know something wrong when the OEM fitting is so much more secure.
