I fixed a bunch of corroded grounds in the chassis and added a couple from engine and from the battery to the chassis. Now my charge voltage is back to 14.4 and my wideband doesn't need crazy offset voltages for logging anymore. The whole truck just acts way better. Now time for tuning. I have to fix the "coming to a stop and dieing" issue lmao.

Yeah 12's should be long gone now. It feels pretty strong but I'm still in the tuning phase so I haven't went over 3800rpm yet. But it hits 10psi with ease. Funny thing is the tune from the 6L didn't quite work on the L92. I tried some stock l92 timing tables but those didn't work at all!! It was way too much at idle and sent the rpm's all over the place.

Best way to dial in your timing is to get on an eddy current dyno so you can load specific cells. increase timing until you get diminishing returns, then back off a degree. a regular dyno will work too, but it takes a lot longer to dial in the curve.
EGT can be misleading, especially if its after the turbo. It doesn't give you insight on individual cylinders or banks for that matter. Knock can be somewhat misleading considering all the noise generated over 3k.
Best thing is to look at your torque curve and evaluate plugs.

That's how you do it. Then drop that engine in a go-kart or a mine truck....the weight won't make any difference. If its tuned properly, run the **** out of it no matter the weight.

Indeed. Look at Nelson Racing Engines. Dude tunes on an engine dyno and ships them out to put in whatever.

my EGT probe is right on number 7's runner. the tune is coming along slowly. I was getting a lean misfire going into boost yet my logs were saying to pull more fuel. turns out the boost I was going into was below the torque converter stall, so it was back tracking right through the same cells when I let off causing an average of rich. the rolling idle is touch and go, its good when 70ish but dies at every stop light below 55*.
