Guys a update all machine is about done. I had a little change in the plan I have TSP PRC 6 bolt head. And the new turbo is here do.

 

Hope to start put engine together next week. Alot of other things in the work like more meth, 4 in exhaust, 4in downpipe, maybe difference intercooler. My cust love my old parts too. Keep you guys updated.

 

Dam nice build ive been thinking on a turbo setup for my denali but scared to boost the 6.2 lol been reading alot they dont like boost

 

Every motor loves boost. Just make sure it's tuned right cause just like every motor loves boost they also hate it when it goes lean under pressure

 

What turbo is that. Looks purdy big

 

Stock engine made 600 rwhp with meth. The meth help save it and turning off the rev limiter save in to because the stock rev limiter cut fuel so that will lean it out bad. Hell my truck would turn 6200 before you can think to shift it. I would install a 2 step soon on new setup. The 6.2 on 10lb with a cam would be a 650rwhp beast. u have to know what going on in the engine and keep it safe.

 

it just a 80m with a 93turbine 1.25ar. I will do some trick porting and it will be a beast. I want to see what it will do. Then on to bigger things if you know what I mean.

 

Port and knife edge the turbine housing. Helps a lot. I used a t4 gasket for a reference to know how far to go out in areas. Here's mine.

Naw they're fine. Like others have said. Good tune no problem. Bad tune bad issues. The biggest problem is "it's very easy to turn the boost up"
It starts off low. But then. Just another pound. The. Just another pound. Next thing you know your 10 psi higher then what you thought you would be at.


Could build you a quick spool valve.
