Default 6.2 Procharger on 2013

Posted this over in the fuel section but figured I would probably get better info here...

What injectors have you guys been using to replace the flex fuel injectors in the 6.2 NNBS?

I have a 2013, and I'm looking to do a Procharger d1, the shop who i have been talking to is recommending the FIC 60's, would I need to run spacers with those?

I would also need the truck harness adapter too correct?

I have been told with the D1 and 60lb's with the stock d1 pulley I should make around 550whp with headers. Sound right?

Also, They said that you cannot use a boost a pump on my truck, is that correct?

Your injectors arent much smaller than a 60... unless they mean 60 at 3 bar, which would be a 72 at our fuel pressure.

How much boost are you going to run and what other mods?

Yeah, I checked the tune and it says 50lb, the procharger kit only comes with 52lb. I'm going tuner with a D1 and whatever pulley it comes with. They didn't say how much boost but they said they did the same setup on another truck and it made 550 but the fuel pump was maxed out, and apparently a boost a pump isn't an option.

My only other mods will be kooks headers with cats, and 4" exhaust

4" exhaust may be overkill here... if it were mine id do a muffler swap and keep the 3.5" factory piping. Its plenty for a LOT of power. 4" will hurt your bottom end, and a procharger with a stock converter wont do anything for you down there.

Looks like i'll probably start out with a 4.83 pulley which should be about 10psi. FIC says LS2 60lb injectors are a drop in for the flex trucks so I guess i'll give that a shot. Now to just find a decent price on the kit, and get my kooks headers.

I'm running the bosch 0280158298 and just used a nut as spacer on the fuel rails since they are a bit taller than stock. For fuel pump I'm going with a walbro 450 since the AcDelco MU1847 was not enough with my D1 at 13 psi in a 6.0.
