If they make a 2.6 pulley shouldnt it be able to be used?

I can assure you they (maybe not Magnuson) make a 2.6" pulley. I used one for quite a while.

How much would the GT2-3 Cam affect the boost 1SlowHoe? I wanna run a reliable setup at 8-9.

The GT2-3 had a really wide lsa, like 117.5 I think. You won't bleed off any boost at all. I have seen dyno gains of 50rwhp with that cam on a maggie truck.

Did you put the GT2-3 in at the same time as the Maggie or afterwards? If afterwards, did you lose any low end torque? I'm asking because I still have the GT2-3 sitting in my 4.8 (which is still sitting in my garage), and I've been tempted to move it over to the 6.0, but didn't know if it was worth the effort.

I put the GT2-3 in my 6L and then swapped out the 5.3 I cant speak to low end tq loss. Going from a stock cam 5.3 to a cammed 6.0, I felt a big tq increase.
