Either do ARP or nothing.
Really? Where did you find this info?

I am curious now... if I could get a hold of one of each I can test them and post the results. I have access to Instron tensile testers that go up to 20,000 lbs and were recently verified accurate to 1/1000th of the load. I can get yield strength, ultimate tensile, and toughness pretty easily. I would need a few of each to get some stats on the values. It would be awesome to compare to ARP to see where they fall in relation to eachother, but ARPs are so expensive.

Sorry OP, I have nothing to contribute to your post.

Anybody make a suggestion on the AR housing for a S400 75/83 T4 with a 216/220 .560"/.560" 114 cam? Would 1.25 be enough to work at 6,000-6,200 rpms or should I step up to the S400 75/96 T6 with the 1.32 housing?

Edit:
And I read nothing but good things about the alper motorsports head studs for half the price of ARP.

Any of the available ARs for the T4 housing would work well. Myself and KBRacing are both running the 1.0 AR and running bottom 11s with more on the table. The T6 1.32 will be lazy.

You are running an s400 75/83 t4 on a 1.00 AR? What kind of rpms are you guys turning? I don't want to go bigger than I have to (and now that I read on Google I see some people saying 1.10 is big enough for most lq4 setups).

Awesome I just heard back from one of the companies and they verified the AR size.

Since I need a new oil pump anyway, should I go with a high volume oil pump, high pressure, combination of the two or a stock one? I figure with the extra oiling a high volume one would be smart but I'm not sure.
