Does boost fall off in the upper RPM range? I can hit almost 9 psi and then it tapers off to 6-7 psi by redline at 6300-6400rpm. I have a 2.9 pulley. The crank is pinned and I have a new gatorback on. Doesnt seem to be any belt dust.
Is the blower running out of steam? Is this normal?
Look at the bottom of my dyno sheet. It looks like if I can hold the boost, power will continue to climb but falls off as boost does.

I hold 8.5# through 6400 with a 2.8 and a 216/222 115 cam in 90* ambient spraying 50/50 meth/H2O. This is on a LQ9. Since the cold weather, she holds a pound more @ 9-9.5 all the way through 6k.
And yes I think the Maggie is out of steam at those RPM's.

If you guys are holding boost.. then maybe there is something wrong with my set up... Where is the boost going??? lol
My cam has a 118.5 lsa, so there should not be any boost bleeding off.

Mine does the same thing Jason. My boost peaks around 4000 and then drops a a little after 5000 or so? Remember, boost is a measure of resistance, right?
I have a graph somewhere from a previous run.

you know looking at my scans, mine does start go away, but not huge though. Bill it looks like yours loses about a 1/2 a #. j's is saying he goes from 9 to 6-7. That seems a bit extreme.
