Default 5.3 turbo build in the process

I've been looking around alot on 5.3 turbo builds in preparation for my build. My truck is my DD and on occasion I make a 400 trip to indiana from ft campbell, kentucky. So my goals are to keep it streetable, decent fuel milage, and also capable of long round trips. What im planning so far is mp 76, 60lb injectors maybe? or marine 8.1s, walpro 255 fuel pump, 02-04 z06 cam or gt2-3 cam, z06 yellow springs, stall, and obviously an intercooler. Im hoping for close to 500hp with around 10lbs of boost. just bought my kb turbo manifold so I need to get this build started. Just thought id see what opinions or help I could get from you guys..thanks.

Sounds like you got everything covered.. Good tune of course and always keep in mind of what everybody says, because its true, "whatever your budget is, double it when a turbo is mentioned" its like a snowball affect. Money and problems will keep comin up, not discouraging you but preparing that 500hp dd come with alot of unseen things. Good luck man

with a 76mm we make 900-1000rwhp. im building a front mount kit with a 60mm, not a cheap master power, but a borgwarner with garrett internals built to spec from 'Reed at workturbochargers, you guys should check him out, the price is not much morethan a mp and the turbocharger is 100% better in everyway.

that 60mm will spool faster and make more power than the 76mm. Reed did some testing with it and put 580rwtorque down and 550rwhp on 8psi with this turbo and picked up a bunch of mpg,
