This is getting to be ridiculous.... I have the 100mm metco's already installed and I'm ordering a upgraded tensioner. Its tossed both gates and gatorback belts. I can't be driving it too hard... thats what its made for... Grrrr maybe you turbo guys had a point. If the tensioner doesn't fix this.. I must have a pulley that is misaligned

i've thrown one once....getting that fugger back on without tools was a bear! I tossed mine when hitting it hard and then letting out. What are you doing when it fly's?

Hit it real hard and it goes on a shift... or when i hit it hard and then let off

hmmm well i bought the kit used... is there another set of idlers I can use that are bigger than the stock ones.. else I'll just order the stock ones

have you tried just using the stock idlers?

I have seen more issues with the metco's than they are worth. not to mention they do not do anything.

what about them causes the issues.. are they not true so they cause the belt to walk?

bearings used in them are garbage.
