Yes it is gasoline. I think im going 4.30s. I drive it a good bit now but when the turbo goes on I won't be driving it the 260 miles to work every 2 weeks like i do now. Guess ill have to knock the dust of the cobalt again! lol My goal is to run mid 11's on the ching chang 70mm turbo @ say 16 psi (or what ever psi it maxes out at) on gasoline and meth.

Well hopefully the truck will be going under the knife soon. So I can enjoy the truck more, I've decided to install cam, truetrac, 4.30 gears, injectors, & convert to return fuel system (I have everything except gears). Mean while i will be saving for stall, 4l80e, and misc parts to install the turbo. I'm just ready to actually start putting parts on it!! I have soooo many boxes of parts laying around.

With my truck at 14lbs of boost (4860lb sbrc), stock 342 gears, Eaton limited slip, 29.5" 265 street tire, i can break traction at 40 mph on dry hot pavement in second gear (with my 4l80). I need some serious drag radials now, i can imagine how crazy it would be with 410 or 430 gears. I was on an air strip breaking traction at 70mph. lol I'm considering a lower gear set but not before i have traction.

I'm hoping the Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial II - P295/50R16 will hold their own but we will see.

Where did you order your injectors from?

I have a brand new genuine 4.56 ring an pinion I no longer need I'll let go of for $150 o was told by trtturbo when I had my 4.8 with 32" ish tires that 4.10s would be 1.1 ratio and 4.56s would be a good gear ratio to get the 4.8 moving quick

I'll have to pass. I'll be running an 26"-28" tire when playing and 30" tire for just driving. I'm already going to be running more rpms on hwy than I like with the 4.30s.
