It won't matter if it's a 3200 or a 4500, if lock up is at 45mph it will act like the same converter until the hammer falls. I don't think a 4500 is too far fetched with a procharger.

matters on a hill, matters in a parking lot, matters in EVERY low speed maneuver under 45 mph.

And not to mention gas, trans temps, and idling issues.

If your not going to be towing much, a Yank 3600 would prob work pretty well.

As would ANY stall that is not locked up! Trans temps climb when not in lockup, and I have no idea where idling issues came from..lol. All stalls act the same until you flash them, that is when you feel the stall speed. You guys should know this stuff...

i have a 3200 and it feels the same as stock driving around town maybe slightly squishier but barley noticeable . only time you can tell is if you hold the brake and push on the gas or wot so i don't think it would be much difference between a 3000-4000 stall until your on it or pulling something, but i guess it all depends on whos stall you bought . i got a tcs billet stall and rusty hit the stall speed on the spot. i kinda wish i went a lil bit higher of a stall but im awd , with a rwd truck i dont know if i would go that high. and i dont have any trans temp problems i got a stock cooler too.
