my guess RWHP im goin to say in the mid 3xx since you say its got headers its probably got other stuff done to it i would image

4.8 with procharger=========4500 stall anything less youll regret it also get leas 456 gearing

suggesting a converter that stalls out at 4500 is about the worst advice I have ever read on this site.

I don't think that he would regret it if he went less then a 4500 converter. 10 psi, 410's and a decent converter would still be a fun ride..

if its 2wd i wouldnt go to big of a converter unless you want traction problems, .... just a thought.

Get your head out of your *** did I say it was? Did I mention Magnuson at all?

I feel that advising someone to put in a 4500 RPM converter is poor advice, this is not street friendly and will overheat the **** out of the trans, and is poor advice. Yes, people "drive them on the street" but it is not the ideal scenario. With a centrifugal I would suggest a 3000 or 3200 on the street at the MOST!

Unless this is an all-out track truck, a 4500rpm stall is NOT a good idea. Even if it was for the track only, there are better choices than a 4.8...
