4.8-4l80 circle d 2800 stall... What cam?
I have been in the fence with what cam to buy for my build..
4.8 with a 4l80e circle d 2800 stall
I am using a Godspeed t3 turbo. ( will get more specs on it later tonight)
I just don't want to be over/under cammed/stalled!
I think I have all my parts rounded up, minus the cam.
I was planning on using the gm performance parts ls3 cam springs.
Will those be ok?

you looking for something quiet ? if your in a budget you could get a ls9 cam which is under 150 new at gm performance or sd parts and works really well you would just need springs which are also cheap.. the ls6 cam is good too but its more rare now days..

As far as cash goes I know cams aren't cheap when you need to upgrade everything else with it.. I am ready to upgrade push rods and springs too.

I am wanting a cam that will sound narly at idle and lope. I don't want a oem ls cam.. Definitely don't want a cam that I will have to worry about fly cutting pistons for valve relief etc
